Once you have found your preferred product, just follow the steps below:

• At checkout, you will need to fill in your personal details and shipping address if you are a new customer.

• Click on your preferred payment option before clicking the ‘Place order’ button

Yes, Mr Ben Deals delivers product outside of South Africa; for delivery outside of South Africa there is no Pay on Delivery Platform. Delivery within South Africa, standard timeline is 3-5 days to your preferred address and for locations outside South Africa the standard time is 10-14 days. As soon as your order is dispatched from our warehouse, you will be notified either through phone call, text message or an email.

Yes we do. For all swap dealings and pick up customers.

· You can initiate a return up to 7 days after delivery if You receive a wrong, damaged, defective or counterfeit item/product.

· How do I return an item/product? Complete your return request on our contact form or email info@mrbendeals.com

· Once I initiate a return, what happens next? If the item/product was delivered to you and you requested for a pick-up, our delivery agent will call you to schedule retrieval.

· How long will it take to return an item and get my refund? The return pick up time starts from the day you make a request to return an item to the day one of our delivery associate retrieves the item/products that you will like to return. You can make a request to return an item by completing the Contact form or sending an email to info@mrbendeals.com. The refund time starts from the day the item you would like to return has being received at our warehouse and inspected by our engineers.

· I have requested for returns pick-up from my home, how long will it take? Once we receive your request, we will make two attempts to retrieve the item(s)/product.

· What happens if I miss both attempts to retrieve my return? Your return request will be cancelled and you will no longer be able to return that item/product.

· Can I return an item after 7 days? You will not be able to return an item after 7 days but if it is faulty, it may be covered under warranty.

· I initiated a return and requested for pickup at my home, but no one came & it has been a while, what should I do? We apologize for this. Please contact us using the form provided.

· Once retrieval of my package is done, how long will it take to be refunded? Refund takes 5-10 business days.

· My return has been collected for a while, but still no news, what should I do? We apologize for this. Please contact us using the form provided.

· It takes 2-5 days for the money to reflect in your account. Please contact us if it you still haven’t received your refund after this time.

· How do I track my return status? We will keep you updated by email or SMS about the status of your return. If you have any question please complete the customer contact form.

· Warranty information is displayed on each product’s listing page.

· Do I have to pay for shipping charges when I return a product? There are no charges for shipping a product back to Mr Ben Deals
